KEITH B. SALES

Keith is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience leading growth, building teams and developing market strategies that drive measurable business results. He has a proven track record of scaling organizations, strengthening leadership performance and fostering cultures of accountability and execution. At Lockton Companies, Keith served as Partner, Executive Committee member and Real Estate Practice Leader, co-founding the Washington, D.C. office and later helping to expand the Denver operation. As Executive Vice President and National Practice Leader at Liberty Companies, he oversaw $120 million in revenue and was responsible for national sales strategy, producer recruitment and development, and client-retention initiatives. Earlier in his career, Keith held leadership and business-development roles with Marsh & McLennan and Hewitt Associates. Keith earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree from Clemson University and his Certified Integrative Mental Health Coach designation from Nickerson Institute.
