Many of the 400 Series models feature our unique Fryer Angel integrated fryer safety system. This prevents fryer fires, reducing the risk
to kitchen staff, customers and premises. Fryer flare-ups are also prevented, meaning no appliance or kitchen downtime caused by waiting for the fryer to be repaired, or in some cases, costly replacements. All electric fryers now feature a 3 stage switch on system as standard which reminds
the operator to check pan oil levels before turning the unit on. All models also feature in- built filtration. This allows oil to be filtered regularly at jsut a touch of a button, even when warm, meaning oil life can be prolonged and oil quality, and therefore food quality, can be maintained at a high level.
