Set Up Your Student Account
Get Started Go to ernie.erau.edu to activate your account. Once your account is established, you will have access to your @my.erau.edu email, Campus Solutions Student homepage, course schedules, skills assessments and more. Be sure to check your Embry-Riddle email frequently by clicking the email icon in ERNIE. The university uses this account to send official notifications once admitted. You’ll also want to use your Embry-Riddle email to contact your advisor or other university staff to ensure you’re using a secure and effective form of communication.

Apply For Your EagleCard
Your EagleCard is your Embry-Riddle identification card and gives you access to student discounts. It’s free and easy to apply for online! To learn more, visit: erau.edu/eaglecard Go to ernie.erau.edu Click on Departments Scroll and select Student Financial Services Click on EagleCard Click Apply for an EagleCard (Daytona Beach and Worldwide Students)
Requirements
Skills Assessments New and returning undergraduate students without applicable prior credit may be required to take the English and Math skills assessments prior to enrolling in specific courses. To get started, go to ERNIE > Popular Services > Take Skills Assessment Degree Completion Time Limits All undergraduate and graduate degree requirements must be completed within seven years from the date of initial course enrollment. Undergraduate students are expected to successfully complete 18 credit hours per year; graduate students are expected to successfully complete 15 credit hours per year. Refer to the academic catalog for more details at catalog.erau.edu/worldwide.
Student Support
As a new student, you’ll be assigned a dedicated academic advisor to assist you through every step of your degree program. Advisors are your main point of contact with the university and provide support by helping you develop a personalized degree plan, register for classes, understand degree requirements and explore funding options. Through this personalized experience, you will create a partnership with your advisor that extends beyond course registration. Contact your academic advisor to enroll in your first course, then follow the steps below for future enrollments. CHECKLIST
Activate your ERNIE account: Go to ernie.erau.edu to access your account.
Review your academic advisement report: Log in to ERNIE and select Campus Solutions . Click Academic Advising , then Academic Progress. Detail into your degree requirements and select View ERAU Report. Review courses needed to complete your degree and any transfer or advanced standing credit awarded. Secure funding: Ask your advisor to review funding options. Eligible students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Check course schedules: Log in to ERNIE, under Popular Services click on Registration Tools or contact your advisor to discuss offerings. Review course catalog descriptions and prerequisites at catalog.erau.edu/worldwide . Contact your academic advisor to enroll: Your advisor will help you map out your degree plan, select coursework and enroll in your first class. For future enrollments, return to the Campus Solutions link in ERNIE. Click Manage Classes , then Class Search & Enroll. Select the term you wish to enroll in, follow prompts to search for classes and complete enrollment.

Student Government Association
In October 2020, Embry-Riddle Worldwide established its own Student Government Association (SGA). With a growing community of over 19,000 learners, your SGA advocates and supports its constituents of online learners through the provision of resources, events and representation while providing a voice among university leaders, including an elected SGA seat on the Board of Trustees. Study Abroad is academic programming that embraces and provides cultural exposure through international travel in today’s increasing globalization. Embry-Riddle Worldwide offers its students opportunities to study abroad with unique experiences that enrich their academic, professional and personal lives. Students who meet the qualification criteria have unique opportunities to take a variety of two-to-six-week summer programs and participate in a semester or year-long student exchange program through partner schools that will be directly applicable to their degree programs at Embry-Riddle.
