The board convened in executive session at 8:00 a.m. for one hour and thirty minutes for the purpose of discussing issues related to personnel and litigation, per RCW 42.30.110. At 9:30 a.m., the executive session was extended another 30 minutes. Employee planning and review: CWUP 1-10-050 Powers and Duties requires the board to evaluate the performance of the president annually. The board have been provided the president’s self-assessment, contract, and survey instrument for the purpose of conducting this evaluation.
