Project team members understand their roles and responsibilities and feel empowered to successfully perform.
PQR I: Project participants conveyed their understanding of responsibility and accountability for their assigned roles and responsibilities. However, there is lack of clarity on the role and expectations of construction coordinator in design-build as it compares to traditional design- bid-build. PQR I: Project management was able to convey the Communication procedures however a clearly defined and documented model is not created.

A Communication Management Plan is established and individuals impacted by the project are receiving information that is appropriate and timely.
