What changes/issues in the project process would you like to talk about or expect to discuss during the debrief meeting? 7. How effectively do you think the team is managing the risk and uncertainty associated with this project?
8. Are project issues resolved pro-actively? Is the team "pro-active" or "re-active"? 9. Any feedback to share regarding the Design/Build process? (expectations met, etc.)
