ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE PROCEDURES We are looking forward to hosting you at Rodney Bay Marina. Our marina is protected by the mountains to the east and we offer many amenities and services including a full service boat yard. Upon approach to the marina, please hail us on VHF channel 16 at which point we will switch you to our working channel and provide you with your slip assignment. We will send dockhands out to assist with lines. Once you’re settled into your slip, please come to the marina office so we can get you checked in and assist you with any services or tours. CUSTOMS & IMMIGRATION / VISAS Visitors to the island of St. Lucia must carry passports that have been valid for at least three (3) months prior to the completion of travel. As of January 1, 2008, ALL travelers, including U.S. citizens, traveling between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda by land or sea (including ferries), may be required to present a valid passport or other documentation as determined by the Department of Homeland Security. This information does not reflect important changes to the WHTI expected from pending legislation. In order to clear into Rodney Bay Marina, the immigration officer needs the following: A copy of the ship’s registry Foreign nationals intending to visit Saint Lucia for business, pleasure or study are required to have a valid passport from their country and will also be required to obtain a valid Saint Lucian Visa. The Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration Department, is responsible for the issuance of Saint Lucian Visas.
