GOLFO DULCE, COSTA RICA Arrival & Departure Information

Immigration - Crew and Guests: All non-Costa Rica crew and guests arriving on private vessels will have up to 90-day visas to stay and visit the country EXCEPT from the following countries: • USA • Canada • European Union • Countries specified as non-visa entry countries Regulated Garbage: All garbage must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Any vessel arriving from a foreign port (or has been in foreign waters in the past 12 months) must have their regulated garbage collected. The team at Marina Bahia Golfito can advise. Departure: 24 Hour Notification required for departure to interna- tional or local waters, All exit procedures must be done through Port Agent or Marina Bahia Golfito office.

CUSTOMS & IMMIGRATION: Vessel Entrance and Clearance Procedures From International Waters: The following documents need to be sent 48 hours prior to arrival through Port Agent or the Marina Bahia Golfito office:

• Current Certificate of Registry • Clearance from Previous Port

• Crew List • Passports

Hail VHF Channel 16 to local Costa Rica Coast Guard and Port Captain or Marina Bahia Golfito office to notify of entry into port. It is required for vessels to be berthed at the marina for formal clearance and inspection.
