Buyer Checkout: Animals purchased must be paid for by Cash, check, or secured by credit card payment on Sale Day. A convenience fee will be charged for credit card pay- ments. After sheep are purchased, come to the airconditioned FFA Building and check out with the clerks. You will receive a list of the sheep purchased, and we will clarify any needed transfer information. Once payment is made and you have your receipt, you can obtain health papers on your purchases in the same building. It is highly recomended that all buyers obtain health papers on ani- mals purchased. When loading, please double check that the lot numbers listed on the re- ceipt correspond with the lot numbers painted on the animals’ backs! Mail Bids and Credit Card purchases will be charged 5% convenience fee Health Papers on Purchases: After the sale, buyers can obtain health papers on purchases by coming to check-out area in FFA building. Due to new cost for electronic health papers, each out-of-state buyer will be charged a $5.00 fee at checkout for health pa- per filing (per buyer, not per animal). At checkout, buyers also receive a list of purchases. Take this list to the Vet - erinarians to recieve health papers on purchases.

This catalog will continue to serve as a breeder list - ing for pre and post-show contact. As always, reach out with any questions! Penning Charts: Pen assignments are not included in this catalog to allow for timely printing and mailing. They wil be accessible online and posted in barns. All pens will be tagged upon consignor arrival as well. midwestsale.com Show and Sale Times: The first show or sale each day will have a designated start time. Breeds will sell in the order listed on that day’s schedule with only a 5 minute break between breeds. Typically, it takes approximately one minute to sell each lot. Online Viewing of Event: The Midwest Sale will be live streamed on DVAuction.com . You will need to set up an acount to view the live stream. You can also register to pur - chase animals during the sales. Mail Bids: Those buyers unable to attend, or who do not wish to bid online through DVAuction can still purchase animals through “mail bid”. You may do this by contacting our sale staff.
