Ripco Real Estate’s New Jersey office is expanding
Lyndhurst, NJ — Cur- tis Nassau of Ripco Real Estate announced the addition of two more sales people and one more marketing specialist to the ranks of their Lyndhurst office. Jake Frantzman joins Ripco Real Estate bringing with him over ten years of experience in retail landlord representation. Most recently, he was with Levin Manage- ment Corporation where he was responsible for more than 1.6 million s/f of open air retail shopping centers throughout the company portfolio. Prior to that Jake worked for Levco where he was involved with shopping center rent collec- tion, maintenance, leasing and
marketing. “With the growth that our New Jersey office has experienced over the last two years, it will be great to have a seasoned retail professional like Jake join us. Jake is some- one who can hit the ground run- ning and will bring immediate value to our client’s needs,” said Ripco’s Florian Suserman. Matt Grundy , a recent grad- uate of Montclair State Univer- sity, joins Ripco with previous real estate experience at Keller Williams Realty. He will be working on a mix of retail land- lord and tenant assignments. Juliann Schwartz , with an expertise in Social Media, will be the third dedicated marketing professional in the Lyndhurst, NJ office. n
