The 100,000 s/f office property, located in the heart of the city’s central business district at 50 Park Place, is more than 90% leased. GroundForce Logi st i cs leased 3,050 s/f at Robert Treat Center. Additionally, youth empowerment group After School All Stars leased 1,350 s/f while start-up litiga- tion support company Litega- tion, LLC leased 450 s/f. An existing tenant, Worldwide Express, expanded from 2,000 to 3,000 s/f at the property; the shipping management company has maintained an operation there since 2011.
