Additionally, youth empowerment group After School All Stars leased 1,350 s/f while start-up litiga- tion support company Litega- tion, LLC leased 450 s/f. An existing tenant, Worldwide Express, expanded from 2,000 to 3,000 s/f at the property; the shipping management company has maintained an operation there since 2011.
