ebrated the Grand Opening of 221 Bergen, a 104-unit luxury residential complex on Bergen St. in Harrison, along with joint venture partner, CrownPoint Group , and project investment advisor, Circle Squared Alternative Investments . Located in the River-bend section of Harri- son, 221 Bergen broke ground in October of 2014. Harrison Mayor, James Fife, executives from The Hampshire Compa- nies, CrownPoint Group and Circle Squared Alternative Investments, project inves- tors, and Harrison Township officials were in attendance and cut the ribbon officially. Situated on nearly one and a half acres, 221 Bergen fea- tures two 52-unit luxury residential buildings with one and two-bedroom rental units.
