Analyzing and Presenting Deep Retrofit Value Series IREM&RMI launch energy & sustainability online courses

COLUMBIA, MD — Cor- porate Office Properties Trust (COPT or the Compa- ny) announced that it earned an overall score of “Green Star,” in the recently released survey results from GRESB . “Green Star” represents the highest quadrant of achieve- ment from the survey. This is COPT’s first year of partici- pation in the GRESB survey and its results rank the Com- pany sixth out of twelve listed office participants in the United States. GRESB also “Analyzing and Presenting Deep Retrofit Value Series” offers three courses based on RMI’s practice guide, Deep Retrofit Value: A Guide for In- vestors.
