We were honored to host an empowering workshop called "Story Harvesting" with TurkishWIN (Turkish Women's International Network) for our incredible female colleagues. The event featured inspiring stories from accomplished female executives and experts, followed by engaging small group discussions where participants shared their own gender-related challenges and coping strategies. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mrs. Pinar Kartal Timer and Ms. Selma Yıldırım for their heartfelt contributions and for serving as inspiring role models to our women. It was a truly successful day, fostering a sense of belonging, inclusion, and recognition, and strengthening bonds across departments. ❣️
