THE GAMING COMMISSION OR GAMING COMMISSION DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR/AGENT:
Attend the hearing and present evidence and arguments in support of the action;
Interview witnesses and present evidence at the hearing
Appear as necessary in support of the final action on any appeal or review taken from the Commission’s decision.

THE GAMING COMMISSION OR GAMING COMMISSION DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR/AGENT:
May give opinions and advice to the Commission, or any member thereof, upon any matter in which the Commission may be interested or in relation to the official duties of the member, but shall not advise the Commission on the result of an action pending before the Commission once the matter has been submitted for a final decision.
