COMMISSION CONSIDERATION:
The Gaming Commission may consider the recommendation of the Gaming Commission Department Director/Agent and shall decide whether to proceed with a civil penalty.
Upon its own motion or the motion of a party of the Commission may order that the penalty not take effect until after a hearing and decision is made

COMMISSION CONSIDERATION:
The approval, denial, and/or issuance of a civil penalty shall be effective immediately upon the Commission’s decision to take action.
The Licensee or party shall be given written notice and the opportunity to request a hearing as provided in your rules or regs; A civil penalty shall be effective upon a party’s failure, after notice of the penalty has been issued, to request a hearing under your Rules or Regs within the time limitation set forth.
