CONTENTS OF A NOTICE
The notice of a civil penalty action shall contain, at a minimum, the following information:
A statement of the civil penalty action;
A statement of the basis for the civil penalty including the basic facts relied upon;
A statement detailing the rights of the party, including the right to demand a Hearing, the right to the assistance of an Attorney, and the procedures to be followed at the Hearing.

RIGHT TO A HEARING
A party who receives a penalty imposed by the Gaming Commission shall have the right to a hearing and may request a hearing as provided by your Rules and Regs.
