DISCOVERY (LEGAL TERM)
Upon request by the other party or the Commission, Gaming Commission Department Director/Agent shall provide copies of all documents to be submitted as evidence and the names of any possible witnesses who may testify. In the exercise of its discretion, the Commission could consider additional requests for information and may grant any requests,

SUBPOENAS
To the extent provided for by the Gaming Commission the party requesting a subpoena shall be responsible for any costs associated with the transportation of the witness
