HEARING PROCEDURE
Order of Proof. Unless otherwise stated, Gaming Commission Department Director/Agent shall present evidence first. After the Gaming Commission Representative has completed its case, the Licensee may present evidence. (Cross-examination of a party, if desired, shall occur after each witness’s direct testimony. All parties shall have a full and equal opportunity to present.

Closing Statements. At the conclusion of presenting their case or evidence, either party may present a brief closing . The party shall present first, followed by the Gaming Commission Department Director/Agent.
