EVIDENCE (THE FEDERAL RULES OF EVIDENCE MAY PROVIDE GUIDANCE, BUT DO NOT CONTROL THE ADMISSION OF EVIDENCE.)
This procedure is specifically for the reception of evidence in the hearing . The Commission may receive and consider any evidence relevant to the matter and commonly accepted by reasonable and prudent persons in the conduct of their affairs. Evidence is relevant if it tends to prove that the action or proposed action is or is not authorized by the Gaming Ordinance and applicable laws and regulations. The Commission may exclude evidence that would be confusing, repetitious, unfairly prejudicial, or that lacks enough reliability.

HEARSAY
Usually not admit able but if you allow it then consider the following: Hearsay evidence is reliable if the circumstances of the statement bear enough guarantee of trustworthiness or if the statement is corroborated by independent evidence.
