NOTIFICATION OF DECISIONS
• Within XXX calendar days of its final decision, the Commission MUST notify the hearing participants of its final decision. • It shall be enough that the Commission send a copy of the Final Order to all participants of the hearing.

IMMUNITY
• Nothing in these Rules shall affect any immunity applicable to the Tribe or Commission or any immunity applicable to an individual acting in his or her capacity as a member, agent, or employee of the Commission of the Tribe.
