INTERPRETATIVE STANDARDS
• The Commission and parties can look to other law for guidance in interpreting these Rules. • Such interpretation should be guided first by principles of Tribal law, then by Federal law applicable to the Federal district in which the Tribe is located, if needed, and finally by State Law or local/municipal ordinance, if needed.
