Before testifying, every witness shall be required to declare that the witness will testify truthfully, by oath or affirmation administered by the Hearing Chairperson ü Presentation of evidence ü Cross-examination ü The TGRA may call witnesses and any member of the Hearing Panel, upon recognition of the Hearing Chairperson, may question or interrogate any witness.
