Welcome to our 72nd Annual Parade of Homes™! We are proud to host this longstanding Tyler tradition. The Parade offers nine days to explore new homes and products from TABA’s finest builders and subcontractors. Visit the homes in any order, and refer to the map and turn-by-turn directions between pages 18 and 19. Please note, because some of these homes are on new streets, many of the addresses will not work with a gps. Back by popular demand, we have an app to help you navigate the Parade! GIVES BACK Each year, a portion of ticket sales from the Parade of Homes™ is donated to designated to local charities benefiting children. This year’s charitable recipients are Kingdom Life Academy and North Tyler Developmental Academy.
Kingdom Life Academy is a privately funded, project- based learning, Christian school. They target students ages 11-17, who are failing to thrive in the traditional educational model. The goal of KLA is to educate and equip students through discipleship in Christian values, morals, and life skills training through hands-on learning. Their program includes opportunities for students to earn various certifications that they will need in the workforce.
North Tyler Developmental Academy serves children of low-income families in Smith County. Programs are designed to help children gain a firm foundation preparing them for pre-school and kindergarten. The programs develop the children mentally, physically, socially and emotionally. The new facility has 14,000 square feet of classrooms and a 6,000 square foot cafeteria and kitchen. They are currently licensed for 100 children and have space to over 200 children. North Tyler Developmental Academy has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star Provider since 2011 and is a 4-Star Texas Rising Provider, the highest rating.
The Fostering Collective brings hope to East Texas children in foster care. Our newest initiative, Heart Gallery East Texas, shines a light on local children who are often overlooked—those who are older, part of sibling groups, or have greater needs.
Through portraits and personal stories, we raise awareness and connect these children with potential adoptive families. When a child is featured, their chances of adoption increase dramatically—from 1% to over 60%. Heart Gallery East Texas provides visibility, hope, and connection. By helping us share these faces and stories, YOU are helping children find the loving, permanent homes they deserve.
