Managing the commissioning process, discussion points, Rev1: • su pplements the Integrated Systems Completions Team (ISCT) with a dedicated commissioning team • acts as a gate keeper for systems from construction to commissioning • provides qualified, fully trained and experienced pre-commissioning technicians • drives construction for timely and safe completion in accordance with commissioning schedule (not reactive) • conduct morning meetings with construction to expedite delivery of sub systems due against the commissioning plan • conducts multi-discipline sub system walkdown
