Plastic “Injection” Production
Plastic injection production is carried out in modern production facilities using experienced technical staff and computer-controlled, fully automatic injection machines. This production infrastructure ensures high dimensional accuracy, serial production capability, and consistent product quality. A significant portion of INTERLAB plastic products meets CE marking and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Directive (98/79/EC) requirements. Thus, the products are safely used in clinical and research laboratories. Quality is considered the primary priority at every stage of production. Raw materials to be used in production are selected through detailed analyses in quality control laboratories. Critical parameters such as melt flow index, oxidative resistance, density, and moisture are evaluated, and raw materials that best support product performance are used. The machines used in injection production operate with energy-efficient and environmentally compatible principles.
This structure enables the production of smooth surfaces, repeatable dimensions, and functional product designs. Injection molds used in production are manufactured from stainless steel to ensure high durability. A large portion of the molds is equipped with a hot runner system. This technology reduces material loss and supports production continuity.
