1. An overview of the selection process

A discussion with Project One’s Director of People, Mahmood Ghaznavi, to understand the role, remuneration model and working practices at Project One. An informal call with our CEO, Terry Holland, to give you an overview of Project One, our history, strategy, financial performance and plans. A formal first interview with Paul Clark (Director of Operational Improvement) and Tim Newman (Director of Market Development.) You will be asked to present a case study which demonstrates your sales ability and customer account management and delivery skills. An opportunity for you to speak with one of our Account Directors to get an understanding of how the role works on a day-to-day basis. A final interview with Terry Holland, Mahmood Ghaznavi and James O’Sullivan (Director of Consulting Services). This will focus on your understanding of the role and mutual fit with Project One.
