Purpose of the job To provide professional and effective property services to the Bishop and Trustees of the Diocese of Clifton. The Head of Property leads the team of staff within the Property Services Department to provide effective management, development, repair, improvement, rationalisation and risk management of the Diocesan Property Portfolio. The role is specifically related to parish and curial properties but there is also involvement with schools, school buildings and school land.
