Professional advisors, Consultants and Contractors • Sourcing, instruction and liaison with external consultants including: Solicitors, Architects, Property Agents, Planning Consultants and Structural Engineers. • Advise parishes on the selection and appointment of professional advisors, consultants and contractors, providing advice on all aspects of project management from initial design and budget to completion. • Approval of advisor and contractor appointments and ensuring that appointments are robust, CDM 2015 compliant and made in the name of the Diocese. Planning and Listed Buildings • Advising parishes on the requirement for planning and listed building (via the HCC as appropriate) consents. • Making planning, listed building and HCC applications and following through as appropriate. • Dealing with planning and listed building appeals (with others)
