Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness is the ONLY place I trust with the repair of my physical injuries. I’ve been a client of theirs since the first location ever opened.

DON’T BE SHY! Get Google Reviews

That You + Future Patients LOVE!

2 ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS. As David Lott says, “Guide your patients in why the review is so valuable. Help them understand that by leaving a review they are helping others get a positive outcome as well. People love to help others. Don’t make the review about your practice…make it about helping others get great results.” With that in mind, here are some great questions for your patient to answer in their review: • Are you getting better? What specifically is getting better? • Can you tell your story of what you can do now that you couldn’t do before? • Have you tried other forms of treatment that didn’t work? How has physical therapy or chiropractic care changed your life? Finally, tell your patient that the longer the review, the better! Remind them that they can help others by telling them your story! 3 MAKE IT EASY TO SAY YES AND LEAVE A REVIEW. Make sure the process of leaving a review is simple & easy, even for senior citizens! Some ways to do that are… • Create a simple link to your Google Business account. That way, you can text or email the link to your patients. With a single click, they can type out their review!

Today, 49% of people say they trust online reviews just as much as personal recommendations. But do you feel AWKWARD when you ask for a Google Review? It doesn’t have to feel that way! Asking for a Google review is kind of like asking someone out on a date. There’s a simple science to it. Here 3 simple tips to get 5-Star Google Reviews that both you, your staff, and future patients will LOVE…. “Help [patients] understand that by leaving a review, they are helping others get a positive outcome as well. People love to help others.” - DAVID LOTT

CHOOSE THE RIGHT TIME TO ASK FOR A GOOGLE REVIEW.

The best time to ask someone for a review is on their last day, right?

WRONG! If you ask on their last day, they’ll probably forget. Instead, ask someone for a Google Review after they’ve hit a milestone in their care! Here’s how David Lott, a successful Practice Promotions client, puts it. Ask at these times… • When someone shares their story… “Ask for a review anytime you hear your patient report a positive outcome or ‘shares their story.’ I encourage my PT to start each session by asking: “Are you getting better?” • When the patient is excited… “Some patients just come in excited about their progress and require no prompting! For these kinds of patients, we ask for a review on visits 3-4, or in the midpoint of their plan of care. Again, this is for patients for whom their improvement is more noticeable initially – either a reduction in pain, better balance, improved function, etc. • During a progress report… “Finally, a great time to ask for a Google Review is during a progress report or a reevaluation when the PT is really ‘showing them their gains.’ Reviewing objective measures will often remind them of how far they have come.” Finally, let your patient know that we let them know that we love helping people, but we need their help sharing their story so others can get help too. This will encourage the patient to share!

• Add a button that says “leave a review” to your website!

• Create a poster or a rack card with QR Code that people can scan to leave a review. For more information on this, visit PTMarketingStore.com to order your custom rack cards. If someone doesn’t have a Gmail account, direct them to leave you a Facebook review instead!
