The 21-acre Edison Village site – slated for ad- ditional multifamily develop- ment – represents the largest non-waterfront adaptive- reuse project in New Jersey. Prism also redeveloped the award-winning Parkway Lofts, a landmark c. 1913 former General Electric Com- pany warehouse that opened as luxury multifamily rental in 2013 and was sold to Clar- ion Partners in 2015.
