Kristen Maynes is a Cybersecurity Partner at PwC and a U.S. Army Veteran, recognized as one of the firm’s global subject matter specialists in cybersecurity program transformation and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). With a focus on cyber risk management analytics,

she advises organizations on building resilient and measurable cyber programs. In addition to her cyber delivery work, Kristen serves as the Lead Client Partner for a high-profile technology company, where she is responsible for overall account leadership and execution. She has successfully led complex cybersecurity transformations, including the integration of two major technology companies during a high-profile transaction that involved significant breach activity. Kristen has also designed and implemented enterprise-wide GRC programs, including one for a Fortune 50 company, strengthening governance structures and enhancing risk oversight. Prior to PwC, Kristen served as an active-duty Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, specializing in communication security. She continues to bring a mission-first, team-oriented approach from her military service into her corporate leadership. A frequent speaker at technical and industry conferences, she was recently recognized as one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2024 Veterans in Business honorees. Beyond her professional work, Kristen is a former volunteer at the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House and a LEADERSHIP Philadelphia Fellow. She resides in Philly with her husband, where they enjoy exploring the city’s architecture and history by scooter. Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and multiple technical certifications.
