Exclusive Buyer’s Agency

Seller’s Agency

Dual Agency

A single agent or brokerage represents both the buyer and seller in the same transaction, with limited fiduciary duties to both parties.

Designated Agency

Two different agents from the same brokerage separately represent the buyer and seller in a transaction.

Transaction Brokerage

The agent acts as a neutral party to facilitate the transaction without representing either the buyer or seller exclusively.
