Spread out over five floors, the 70 luxurious guestrooms and 34 suites blend seamlessly with the overall décor of the hotel. Open from 8am until late, Mandarin Bar & Bistrot is the hotel’s beating heart, a tranquil oasis by day that gradually morphs into a vibrant nightlife venue after dark. Walls feature black and white geometric mosaic patterns, creating dazzling lighting effects that are further enhanced by the glassware and smoked ceiling mirrors. The careful positioning of sofas, armchairs, tables and stools around the cocktail bar makes for a cosy setting that continues in the attractive courtyard, with stylish lounge sofas, coffee tables and soft lighting creating a convivial ambience. Open for lunch and dinner, Mandarin Bar & Bistrot offers a selection of starters and

mains, along with light dishes such as sandwiches and salads. The menu is overseen by Chef Antonio Guida, who delights diners with simple yet refined traditional Italian dishes with a contemporary twist, while Pastry Chef Nicola Di Lena tempts guests with a selection of divine cakes and pastries. At 6 pm, the lights are dimmed and lounge music sets the mood, with expert mixologists shaking up inventive cocktails with an oriental twist. A fine selection of grappa and amari can be enjoyed after dinner.
