We encourage early registration for the holiday events so you don’t miss out on any of the excitement! You can reserve your spot on the ForeTees app or by calling the Front Desk at 302-655-6171. Candlelight Dinners will be done through a lottery.
HOURS OF OPERATION
As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to share a few important updates to our schedule to help ensure all members are informed and able to plan their celebrations and Club visits with ease.
Christmas Eve On this special day, the Club's athletic facilities will remain open until 3:00 p.m. After this time, all buildings will be secured for the holiday. Please note that there will be no food service available on Christmas Eve, so be sure to make any necessary arrangements in advance. We look forward to welcoming you back with regular operating hours and food service resuming on December 26th. New Year’s Day As we ring in the New Year, we are pleased to announce that all athletic facilities will be open during regular hours. However, please keep in mind that there will be no food service available in the Clubhouse, and the Bag Room will also be closed for the day.

Thanksgiving Orders Orders including turkey must be placed by 2:00 PM on November 19th. All other Thanksgiving orders must be placed by November 23rd. Desserts require 48 hours’ notice. Thanksgiving Pickup Times Wednesday, November 26th: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Thursday, November 27th: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Orders with small or medium turkeys may be picked up starting at 11:00 AM. Orders with large turkeys may be picked up starting at 1:00 PM. Christmas Orders and Pickup Times Must be placed by December 11th. Pickup is on Tuesday, December 23rd, from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
