Did you know one of the largest collections of VHS Tapes in California is housed in an artist studio and basement in the Mission? The Basement is an artist collective housing San Francisco based-artists who are also movie lovers and VHS collectors. Host your own group viewing with your friends of any movie of your choosing from their 3,000 titles. The evening will begin with a tour of the Basement Collective, a quick presentation of the movie by artist and VHS collector Mitsu Okubo, beer, your favorite movie and your friends! Need movie recommendations? The Basement will be happy to provide ideas.
