Jaime Cruz He joined Averitt over 5 years ago and his enthusiasm to be a part of this team has not waivered. He was selected for his positive attitude, hard work, and consistency even when he encounters a “bump in the road”. He is married and has 2 adult kids. Outside of work he has 3 motorcycles that he works on and loves the beach and spending time with his family. His goal is to retire from Averitt in 16 years.
2020. Has a wife Jackie and 3 kids Luis (31) Chelsea (27) Tayla (26). He obtained his CDL in 2018 and came to Averitt for a better opportunity and culture. His goal within Averitt is to move to operations or HR. He also comes in early daily to help on the dock before his shuttle run. R++. His hobbies include cooking and spending time with his grandkids. He is an easy choice, and a shining example of a true Averitt associate.
Lyndoria and they have 6 kids and 7 grandkids. Outside of work he enjoys

Alfonso Herrera His leaders describe him as the “Anchor to our yard crew”. He is incredibly dependable and always has a can-do helpful attitude. He has been with Averitt 17yrs and loves being a hostler. He is 39yrs married to his wife Cecilia and they have 2 children, Cecilia 38 and Oscar 28. He enjoys spending time with his Grandkids and helping his wife around the house. He is looking forward to retirement in a handful of years, but until then he is happy to be a part of the Averitt team.

Originally from Milwaukee Wisconsin he wanted to start a career in logistics and knew Averitt was the best choice, his Dad is a customer of Averitt as well. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and family, gaming, golfing, and watching the Detroit Lions. He strives to learn every aspect of the operation and one day become a Service Center Director and beyond.
