Spin & Win Program - Terms & Conditions

Qualification - Agents will be selectively chosen to participate in the Spin & Win Challenge as part of an exclusive beta program. - Bonus can be collected in the bonus bank by spinning the wheel which can be unlocked by performing shown tasks on the portal. - The bonus can be redeemed with policy activation during the challenge period. Challenge Period - The challenge period lasts for one month, resetting at the end of each calendar month. - The bonus bank collected will reset to 0 after the challenge month period is over. Spins & Tasks - A maximum of 6 tasks will be available at any given time for a user to complete in order to earn spins. - Once a task is completed, the corresponding spin becomes available, allowing the agent to spin and win a bonus which is then stored in the bonus bank. - Some tasks may have a cooldown period, during which they cannot be completed again to earn another spin. Bonus Bank & Unlock Criteria - The Bonus Bank is unlocked only after the first policy activation within the challenge month. - Bonuses accumulated in the Bonus Bank can only be redeemed once the first policy is activated. Boosters & Unlock Criteria - Two boosters are available: 2x and 4x, which are unlocked after the second and third policy activations, respectively. - Only the highest value booster will be applied after the third policy activation; boosters cannot be combined. MaxLimit - The maximum base Bonus Bank amount without boosters is $100. - If a policy is surrendered or lapses or is determined to be fraudulent or acquired through mis-selling before payout, the bonus associated with that policy may be forfeited. General Terms & Conditions - Ethos reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. - Bonuses may be withheld or reclaimed in cases of fraud, mis-selling, or other violations of company policy.
