The DHC-6-300RG™/-400RG™ 14,000 pound Restricted Category STC authorizes the operation of DHC-6-300 and DHC-6-400 Series Twin Otters to a maximum take-off weight of 14,000 pounds with PT6A-27 or PT6A-34 Engines.
OPERATION REQUIREMENTS The DHC-6-300RG ™ /-400RG ™ is operated in accordance with one of several available FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplements based on airplane configurations as follows: • Basic landplane • Basic landplane with external stores • Wheel/Ski airplane • Wheel/Ski airplane with external stores
MAINTENANCE/INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS
Maintenance and inspection methods are in accordance with De Havilland PSM 1-63-2, PSM 1-64-2 and PSM 1-6-7 with the following intervals: • STC Operations require documentation and adjustment of aircraft times and cycles in accordance with AEVEX Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No. RG-63-11 or RGL-63-11, as applicable.
