Bone Appetit! Take your cooking from good to gourmet with grass-fed beef tallow .

Here’s why you should ditch nutrient-poor seed and vegetable oils for pure, antibiotic-free beef tallow.

High smoke point: Beef tallow has a smoke point of 215-250°C. Unlike seed oils (e.g. canola, safflower, soy) which oxidise easily at high temperatures, tallow remains chemically stable, reducing inflammatory compounds. Pure and unadulterated: Unlike processed seed oils, tallow is minimally altered, preserving its fatty acid profile and fat-soluble vitamins. Fat-soluble vitamins: Vitamins A, D, E and K are essential for bone strength and immune function. These nutrients are highly bioavailable from tallow. Choline: Central to production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, this is essential for brain and muscle function. Tallow is a valuable source. Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA): This polyunsaturated omega-6 fat benefits heart and skin health. Unlike other unsaturated fatty acids, the CLA in tallow is highly stable.
