RECIPE
PREP TIME 10 MIN SERVES 1 Ingredients • 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice) • 1 cup of frozen mango • 1 frozen banana, chopped • 1 lime, juiced • 2 tsp Nutraviva Marine Collagen powder • 1 tsp maca powder • 3/4 tsp turmeric • 1-2 tsp natural sweetener • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt • 2 cubes of frozen bone broth (try Nutraviva's unflavoured Pure Bone Broth powder to make the cubes in advance) • Roasted coconut flakes, lime zest, and extra coconut yoghurt to garnish. Method 1. Combine milk, mango, banana, lime juice, collagen powder, maca, turmeric, sweetener, bone broth cubes and half of the coconut yogurt (1 tbs) into a blender. Blend until smooth. 2. Use the leftover yoghurt to create your "clouds" on the inside of your glass. Optional - add small sprinkles of extra turmeric on top of the yoghurt. 3. Gently pour your smoothie mixture into the glass. 4. Garnish on top with extra yoghurt, roasted coconut flakes and lime zest.
