MONDAY, JANUARY 22 1 PM — LA PALMA
2018 ELECTION
Owners will have an opportunity to meet the candidates for the Board and learn their positions on various topics of interest . Following a formal program with questions posed to the candidates by a moderator, there will be an informal coffee reception for owners to meet and speak directly to the candidates.
Directors B RIAN C ANFIELD , M ARYELLEN M UIR and T ED W ILSON are completing their terms of office, opening three positions on the Board of Directors.

Board applications are being accepted through Friday, January 5, at 4PM.
The Candidates Forum is sponsored by the Communications Committee.

Ballots mailed
At 10:30 AM the Annual Meeting is called to order at La Palma and immediately recessed for the tabulation of ballots by the Inspectors of Election. Ballots may be turned in up to 10:30 AM at La Palma. Ballots will not be accepted after 10:30 AM when the ballot tabulation will begin.
