This was the case of The Watermark, located in Green Bay, WI. This New Market Tax Credit venture hit a snag due the timing of the great recession. Problematic in the debt was forbearance agreements preventing foreclose, which would have left the project sitting still for years, most likely ending in litigation. Three Sixty lead the team on the complicated repositioning process, which ultimately lead to The Watermark being a valuable contributing building to the community.
