A Message From Sam Eisenman President of Trinity Property Consultants

What makes us different? We ask ourselves this question frequently. Whether working to determine why a resident would pick our community over the many options in a market, or striving to create a dynamic work environment for our team members, these ambitions tie back to one thing – our culture. At Trinity, we firmly believe that our teams, who work tirelessly on our properties day in and day out, are the most important part of our organization. We see every member of our community as contributors to our culture. We celebrate your individuality and want to support your life goals. As an organization, four core values guide us: Empowerment, Innovation, Excellence, and Teamwork. These values are the foundation of everything we do. I have full confidence that you’ll witness these values in action across all aspects of our operation, and I encourage you to carry them with you on your journey with us.

A Message From Todd Stark President of Redwood Construction

If you seize every opportunity, get to know your teammates, and embrace every part of our communities, then you will learn what it means to be part of the Trinity and Redwood Family.

Trinity Property Consultants & Redwood Construction Internship Program

We are committed to promoting Real Estate as a rewarding career-path for college graduates and reaching first generation college students by hiring Interns from all over the country. Each year, we recruit entreprenuerially-spirited Interns with can-do attitudes from select universities and programs. Our Interns advance their career knowledge in an ever-growing multifamily industry through hands-on operational experiences.

Our internship program combines in-class theory with real-world applications. Under the direct supervision of assigned mentors, the program allows Interns to work side-by-side with our team of professionals to create a thriving and captivating living experience for renters across the country.

56

“My internship experience served as a great introduction to the industry and motivated me to work hard towards a successful future in the multifamily industry. I learned some vital information about different software, management methodologies, techniques, and reports associated with successfully running a property. The most valuable part of my internship was the connections I made with the on-site team I worked with, my fellow interns (all of whom have wonderful future aspirations), and the executives and corporate team at Trinity Property Consultants, Red Tail Residential, and Redwood Construction. I would recommend this internship to anyone wanting to succeed in this industry!”

SAMER KATTIH | Middle Tennessee State, Junior Major: Management & Public Policy

“Overall I feel that my internship with Trinity allowed me to see property management from every perspective. From living on site, working alongside the maintenance team, and working in the leasing office I was able to quickly adjust and contribute to the day-to-day operations. I would say that the most valuable part of my internship was working alongside the maintenance team because they are truly the backbone of a successful multi-family property. Working alongside them also allowed me to better assist residents. Aside from this I would say that my favorite quote from the internship was, ‘Our residents do not live where we work, we work where our residents live.’”

JAYLIN JONES | The University of Mississippi, Senior Major: Business Administration

“I couldn’t have asked for a more enriching summer. The opportunities and support I have been provided with Trinity have been exceptional. I have learned so much about my skills and strengths because every step of the process is truly hands-on. From working in new cities to being given challenging problems that are important to the company, you have real responsibility and the training that allows you to exceed at every step!”

KIARAH WARD | Georgia Southern University, Senior Major: Finance

“After my summer internship with Redwood, I am proud to say I have honed my project management skills in construction, focusing on effective coordination, resource allocation, and efficient site management. I have grown both as an individual and a professional in the world of real estate.”

AARON YAZDI | The University of Southern California, Senior Major: Real Estate Development

Testimonials

In my time in this industry I’ve worked with four different companies who are all so vastly different from each other, Trinity has been the very, best company and environment that I’ve ever been a part of. Every part of my experience, from inquiring about a job, to being promoted, felt encouraging and welcoming. From my first day being told that if I ever needed anything I could reach out to literally anyone and get a response, I figured, ‘Yeah I’m sure, that’s what they all say.’ And then I was absolutely astounded when I was shown that being valued and heard is a huge part of what Trinity prides themselves on. I’ve always known I can reach out to my peers, fellow management, or upper management, and have always been seen as an equal. My concerns or questions are listened to and addressed.

When something terrible happened in my personal life I was amazed at how genuinely it was accepted and handled by those around me. From my direct supervisor, to People Operations, everyone was making sure that I was okay. And not in a ‘when can you come back to work?’ sense. But in a genuine ‘how are you feeling? Are you okay?’ way that I’ve never experienced from an employer. I could go on and on about my amazing experience with Trinity, but what it comes down to is this: when you’re a part of this company, a part of this community, you are valued. Your thoughts, feelings, opinions, and ideas are recognized and appreciated. I will forever be grateful for finding Trinity and I look forward to learning everything they have to teach me and all of the experiences that come along with it.

Tiffany Schutlte | Property Manager at ReNew ParkONE

Trinity has restored my faith in being part of the workforce. After having been laid off 3 times in 3 years due to companies being unable to recover from the pandemic, I had lost hope in the idea of working for another management company. Trinity has been a breath of fresh air and has checked off two of the most important boxes on my wish list: company stability and opportunities for growth. In one year, I managed to earn a promotion, which led to nine new sites to my original portfolio. I think it’s safe to say that Trinity is moving in the right direction and I’m here for it! I have never felt so welcomed, valued, heard, and appreciated as I do at Trinity. I can honestly say that I love my job!

Many of us underestimate the importance of our mindset in everything that we do. Nothing can happen in the material/physical plane until it has first been realized in the mental plane. In keeping with Trinity’s core values of empowerment, innovation, excellence and teamwork, the wellness committee has launched a challenge that geared toward improving each employee’s wellness from the mindset, physical and emotional standpoints.

Margo Lewis | Regional Commercial Property Director, Midwest & East Pod

What I love most about Trinity is the team. The culture that Trinity have developed is second to none. They encourage us and empower us to be successful, they really create an environment that the employees can thrive and succeed. One team, one goal.

Working for Trinity has been such a refreshing experience. From the overwhelming support we receive to the amount of value that’s placed on each employee, is amazing. At Trinity you are heard and everyone’s input matters. I’ve never seen a company move so swiftly to address employee concerns. If I know nothing else about the company culture, I know that I am valued. Thats the Trinity way.

Justin Craig | Floating Facilities Technician, South Pod

Anthony Mora | Sr. Facilities Manager at Arrive Clairemont

This collaborative approach not only strengthens our team but also enhances the quality of service we deliver to our communities. A defining moment that truly showcased Trinity’s values and integrity was during a challenging time when an explosion occurred at the community I oversee. Witnessing the swift and compassionate response from Trinity, as team members from across the company rallied together to provide support, was truly inspiring. Their hands- on approach, coupled with genuine care for our residents and team members, reaffirmed my belief that Trinity is more than just a company – it’s a family. In essence, my journey with Trinity has been marked by growth, support, and a shared commitment to excellence. I am proud to be part of such an amazing organization, where every day presents new opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Joining Trinity was a career-defining decision for me seven years ago, and it’s a choice I’ve never regretted. Throughout my journey with Trinity, from managing facilities in various communities to now holding the esteemed position of Senior Facilities Manager, the company has been an unwavering pillar of support and growth. Trinity’s commitment to employee development is unparalleled. They’ve provided me with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, allowing me to evolve into the role I hold today. One of the highlights of my career here has been spearheading a learning and development course for my pod’s facilities team members. It’s immensely gratifying to share knowledge and empower others within the organization. Moreover, Trinity’s dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing is commendable. I’ve had the privilege of extending my expertise to different states, assisting in training and development initiatives across various sites.

Reginald Muro | Facilities Manager at The Heights at Dunwoody

During my 4 years with Trinity I have had the opportunity to travel and work in the Midwest, PNW and now Southern California. It has been an incredible journey of growth and development. That development by mentors and peers has taken me from an onsite Property Manager position to an Area Manager for Santa Monica, Thousand Oaks and Santa Clarita. Trinity encourages and empowers you to explore new ideas and take on challenging projects, leading to career advancement.

I have loved calling Trinity home for the past 6 years! Our company culture is top tier and seeing the overall vision that Trinity has put in place come to life has been so rewarding. In addition, there really is nothing better than promoting from within, and I have been fortunate to see career growth within my own team members and have also loved seeing my colleagues career growth throughout the years. Leadership is a priority with Trinity, and I have been so fortunate to have worked under and alongside some of the absolute best!!
