We proudly offer certification/tuition reimbursement for the following programs: • NAA Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) • NAA Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) • NAA Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians (CAMT) • NAA Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) • FMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM) We understand that education looks different for everyone, so we highly encourage you to talk to your manager about what you need to further yours. Upon review and approval, your certificate, program, or class can be elligible for reimbursement. Earning professional certificates demonstrates your commitment to your career growth and provides you with valuable insights and real-world skills you can use on the job. Certifications also validate your knowledge and skills, enhance your credibility, boost your confidence, and earn you respect amongst clients and peers. When you successfully complete an approved certification program, Trinity will reimburse you the cost associated with that program.
