Volunteer Paid Time-Off
A few key initiatives include: • National Fitness Challenges • Virtual Workshops on Health & Wellness • Financial Wellness Programs • Life Coaching
Volunteering not only benefits those in need, but also brings personal fulfillment and a sense of purpose to those who give their time. It’s an opportunity for us to connect with our communities, learn new skills, and strengthen our bonds as a team. Here are a few reasons why utilizing your volunteer time is a great idea: Team Building: Volunteering together can strengthen our team dynamics. It provides an opportunity to collaborate outside of work and build a stronger sense of unity. Personal Growth: Volunteering often exposes us to new experiences and challenges, allowing us to develop new skills, gain valuable perspectives, and grow as individuals. To make it easier for you to get involved, we offer 16 hours of volunteer time to each team member annually. Whether you choose to volunteer individually or as a group, every contribution counts.
Our inclusive approach ensures that our challenges are accessible and welcoming to all team members, regardless of their wellness level. From walking challenges, to thought-provoking guest speakers that ignite innovation, we are dedicated to cultivating a culture that champions healthy living and work-life balance.
