Trinity’s culture has pushed me to grow in ways I didn’t expect. I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects beyond my day-to- day role, gaining exposure to business operations and strategy. That experience taught me the value of not just saying yes to opportunities – but actively seeking them out. What makes that possible is the people. I’ve also taken full advantage of Trinity’s learning and development programs. Completing the Trinity Performance Ambassador (TPA) program gave me a high-level view of the organization and helped me map out where I can grow my career – both here and within the industry. Through the credential reimbursement program, I earned my CAPS certification with full reimbursement. Joining Trinity Property Consultants over eleven years ago was a pivotal moment in my career. I previously worked for a management company that operated how they always had since inception. But I wanted more. I wanted to be a part of an organization that was forward-thinking and was more technology driven than my prior employer, and that’s exactly what I found in Trinity. From day one, I was embraced by a culture that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Fast forward to today, and this still holds true. Throughout my time with Trinity, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats and spearheading numerous initiatives aimed at optimizing overall property performance and perpetual growth as a company. From a small portfolio of five, to moving into a marketing role, to helping navigate student move ins, to now overseeing 17 properties in West Texas my life cycle has been broad to say the least! One of the most rewarding aspects of my role has been witnessing the tangible impact of our collective efforts. From team growth, to exceeding occupancy and revenue targets, to receiving 5-star reviews from happy residents, these achievements underscore the effectiveness of our cohesive team dynamics and shared commitment to excellence.

I’ve also participated in the Mentorship Program as both a mentee and a mentor – an experience that has deepened my understanding and strengthened connections across the company. Beyond professional growth, I appreciate Trinity’s commitment to giving back. I’ve used Paid Volunteer Time to support causes I care about – something that truly reflects the company’s values in action. And we keep our culture strong in small ways, too – like our Trinity Thursday tradition, where our whole office wears Trinity gear. It’s a simple reminder of the team spirit we share every day.

This collaborative approach not only strengthens our team but also enhances the quality of service we deliver to our communities. A defining moment that truly showcased Trinity’s values and integrity was during a challenging time when an explosion occurred at the community I oversee. Witnessing the swift and compassionate response from Trinity, as team members from across the company rallied together to provide support, was truly inspiring. Their hands- on approach, coupled with genuine care for our residents and team members, reaffirmed my belief that Trinity is more than just a company – it’s a family. In essence, my journey with Trinity has been marked by growth, support, and a shared commitment to excellence. I am proud to be part of such an amazing organization, where every day presents new opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Joining Trinity was a career-defining decision for me seven years ago, and it’s a choice I’ve never regretted. Throughout my journey with Trinity, from managing facilities in various communities to now holding the esteemed position of Senior Facilities Manager, the company has been an unwavering pillar of support and growth. Trinity’s commitment to employee development is unparalleled. They’ve provided me with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, allowing me to evolve into the role I hold today. One of the highlights of my career here has been spearheading a learning and development course for my pod’s facilities team members. It’s immensely gratifying to share knowledge and empower others within the organization. Moreover, Trinity’s dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing is commendable. I’ve had the privilege of extending my expertise to different states, assisting in training and development initiatives across various sites.

During my 4 years with Trinity I have had the opportunity to travel and work in the Midwest, PNW and now Southern California. It has been an incredible journey of growth and development. That development by mentors and peers has taken me from an onsite Property Manager position to an Area Manager for Santa Monica, Thousand Oaks and Santa Clarita. Trinity encourages and empowers you to explore new ideas and take on challenging projects, leading to career advancement.

I have loved calling Trinity home for the past 6 years! Our company culture is top tier and seeing the overall vision that Trinity has put in place come to life has been so rewarding. In addition, there really is nothing better than promoting from within, and I have been fortunate to see career growth within my own team members and have also loved seeing my colleagues career growth throughout the years.
