On covering Arab causes and shaping public opinion, Hala al-Baghdadi compared Al Jazeera and Nile news channels (2) , and Yasser Al Hussein (‘s) compared between Al Jazeera and Al-Manar (3) . As for Mohamed al-Fakih, he researched the interrelationship between levels of knowledge of political issues and TV coverage. In his research, he examined news topics through the reporting of Al Jazeera, Abu Dhabi TV, MBC, and Yemen TV (4) . In his thesis, Mohamed Faizal Kasmani compared the coverage of the 2009 Iranian elections by Al Jazeera En- glish and BBC World News (5) . Regarding the struggle to enter the North American media market and overcome legal barriers, Ian Kivelin Davis wrote about the cases of Al Jazeera and China’s CCTV (6) . Among the issues that have received a large share of the compar- ative studies are the 2003 U.S. invasion of Iraq and the Palestinian is- sue.
