Todd Stone was elected Ward 4 Councilman in April 2017 and re-elected in February 2021. Councilman Stone is a fourth generation south Oklahoma City native, graduating
from Moore High School and serving in the Oklahoma Air National Guard. He is trained in fiber optics and was a regional engineering manager for a wireless carrier. He was based in Tampa, Fla., where he developed and implemented disaster preparedness response systems for wireless networks. Councilman Stone is an executive board member of the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Police Athletic League.
